My nephew is adorable...

and for Christmas he had a bunch of art stuff on his wish list (mind you he's ten and a half months old...but you can never start them too young!), so obviously I had to get it for him. But no kid's art supply collection is complete without a smock. Que a trip to the craft store for a blank smock, some acrylic pain and some fabric puff paint. What did I paint on the smock you ask? His name...duh!

Christmas Wrapping

One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is wrap presents. I love to combine greens with ribbon and other Christmasy type things. So when it came time to wrap some zucchini bread and macaroons I couldn't resist. (ps, the greens may or may not have come off of my Christmas tree)

JagrBombs Hockey

I play in a co-ed hockey league at my gym, and when the league stopped providing t-shirts for us, I decided it was high time we got some super sweet team uniforms of our own. A nod to the Jagermeister logo combined with some hockey sticks and a puck and we were in business. Maybe these will help us win a few more games!

Vegas and a Scavenger Hunt

One of my friends was going to a bachelorette party in Las Vegas, and she made up a scavenger hunt for all the girls to do while they were there. To make it a little more fun, she asked me if I could "glam it up" a little.

Thank You and a Pink Shoe

To go along with the pink flower bridal shower invites I did thank you cards. The bride's aunt requested something with a pink pump, but I still wanted them to go with the invites.

So I may or may not have a slight addiction to Jersey Shore...its a guilty pleasure, don't judge. So when I was asked to design a Jersey Shore themed invitation, I was more than happy to oblige. I sprayed on some fake tanner, tossed on my shirt before the shirt and got to work. Now its just about time for...t-shirt tiiiimmmeee (sorry, I had to).

I made a cute little picture frame for my friend's 25th birthday. All it took was a blank wooden frame, a little paint, and some scrapbooking stickers!

I had so much fun carving the first pumpkin that I decided to do two more. Happy Halloween!

Its that time again! Time for some good old fashioned pumpkin carving. Although my experiences in the past carving faces into pumpkins using those carving kits have never fared well. The little knives they give you always break half way through, or you accidentally slip and your pumpkin ends up with a few less teeth than originally intended. So this year I opted for something that I'm a little more comfortable with and feel that I have a little more control over; a linoleum cutter. I love how it turned out.

And P.S. Toasted pumpkin seeds? Yes please!
